A founder of PCC Engineering, Pan has extensive technical knowledge and experience with solar and battery storage projects in Australia, having recently been involved from start to finish as the Solar Engineering Lead on the EPC side of a Zero Cost Energy Future (ZCEF) project. He also has over 3.0GW of technical advisory experience in the renewable energy industry in Asia Pacific who is well-versed in the technical due diligence.
Pan is a coding enthusiast who enjoys bringing his creative minds into useful engineering tools. He is an investor in cryptocurrencies and a huge fan of Elon Musk, but not so much of his recent tweets!

Recently joined PCC, John is a technically minded and creative, “blue-collar” engineer who specializes in delivering high-quality work in some of the most demanding deadlines. With over 1000+ solar design and project delivery experience in both the USA (Solarcity/Tesla) and Australia market, John brings resourceful and innovated solutions to PCC Engineering. He invites challenges and always completes them with a smile on his face.
John is an avid adventurer, world traveller (before covid), photography, musician, and athlete. He believes that balance is one of the keys to being successful- and a positive attitude with a smile on your face.
